How long until I receive my purchases?
If you chose the formula Craving Desires, we deliver your purchases in Paris and suburbs door to door with a delay of 48 hours. For a delivery elsewhere in France or the world, we use the French Postal Service. For the formula The Ideal Quest or Escapades, there is a delay of one week to propose the best options.
What if I am not satisfied with my delivered purchase?
For the formula Craving Desires, the purchase will correspond exactly to your demand. Otherwise, we will exchange the article if there is a sizing problem. For the formula The Ideal Quest, you will have chosen your purchase by selection. If in spite of this you are not satisfied, Your Shopper in Paris will make a one time exchange from the same store. If after the exchange you are still not satisfied with your item, we will return it to the store.
How much will I Pay?
Before each presentation, we take the time to establish a personalized estimate. Your Shopper in Paris will not surpass the budget on the estimate, even if we had to dedicate more time into the project than was expected initially.
How do I pay?
You can pay directly on our site (Paypal link in the Price List section), or by check (to Laura Vega – 7 rue de Douai – 75009 Paris). A deposit of 30% is asked after acceptation of our estimate, the balance is made on delivery.
